What are chances of getting3/16-3/20/03?

My sister informs me she's thinking of sending her daughter and boyfriend to WDW during their spring break next March. Do you think there's any chance of availability at any of the DVC locations? These are wonderfully responsible kids and my neice has been several times, so she knows her way around.
