What are big selling points for you for a condo/house rental?

I forgot to mention that once you rent from someone they will usually give you a discount if you come back.

They have the security of know you will not trash their propoerty and you know exactly what you are getting. Face, in today's economy, any one dealing in any type of real estate is estatic to have a repeat customer.

Good TV's. -- HDTV, flat screen with cable/on demand
Free internet/calls.
Ipod Chargers
King Bed in master (Queen is ok==that is what we have)
Washer/Dryer
Clean

NO TACKY decorating-- This includes the garish pink/red rooms.

Understanded minimalist decorating. I do not like homemade decorating either such as spongepainting or stickers on the wall stuff like that.

Lots of bathrooms!

Peace and quiet

Location, not on the 192 (sorry for those who like it, but I detest it) we don't just "do" disney, we like to get out and about in Florida, and we like the 27 for this, good road access wherever you want to go

gated community

Private pool and spa, not overlooked

south facing, or southwest ( I like to sit with my glass on wine and watch the sunset in the evening)

Wireless, can't go anywhere without it

Tv's in all rooms, just so we can watch different things when we get home

Games room

Good quality furnishings. I don't want to stay in something that has worse furniture than my home, it has to be better LOL

I liked the townhomes with Disney themes better, esp. for the children's bedroom.
