I had a good cry last night - The spoiler for why is in white below so if you don't want to know don't highlight it!

***They had so set it up so that it looked like the baby hadn't made it through surgery especially with Neela saying that she thought they just wanted privacy at the moment. Also with Kovac (sp.) saying that Abbey didn't feel like going out to drinks and finally the empty cot with Abbey sitting with her back to us. I kind of thought it would be too sad even for ER but it was a relief that he was OK!***

No spoiler to say it was emotional!
