When do they charge adult prices for kids? I forget- I know it is 10 at WDW but what is it on DCL?

For the 1st/2nd passengers in each stateroom, age is not factor.

For the 3rd/4th/5th passenger (up to capacity of the stateroom), there are three age categories:
-- Infant Pricing (Children under 3)
-- Children's Pricing (3-12)
-- All Other

If you are referring to any excursions or rentals (like snorkeling equipment), I recall the price list showing that "children" were considered up to age 9; and from age 10 up that was listed under the "adult" prices.

some excursions have other age limits tho - like in Freeport for the dolphin swim you had to be 12 or older to participate.

For stateroom pricing, two people in the stateroom are full price regardless of age. After that there's under age 3 pricing, 3 to 12 pricing, and "all others" (meaning 13 and older) pricing for the 3rd, 4th, 5th passengers in the same stateroom.
