Went on the Disney site yesterday to cancel my dining reservations and make new ones, as I had to change my vacation to a week earlier, and none of my original dining reservations were there, so I added them all in manually, so that I could cancel the ones I needed to. How come they showed up after I manually put them in? Rhetorical question. I originally made them all online.

As I'm trying to make new ones, it is taking forever, I can't figure how to get back to the main dining page, when there is no availability for the restaurant I chose, and I am not computer illiterate! This is driving me crazy. I'm about ready to give up. Ugh.

Why didn't you just call?

I tried putting one in manually to test it. It didn't work. I tried to cancel it. Didn't work. I think it will be long while before we see the system working right.

You can always call.

I have added some ADR's so that I can cancel them this morning. I haven't had any problems doing this. I have also been receiving emails with my cancelation confirmation numbers in them. I've just been moving them to a special folder in my email so that they are readily accessible if needed.

I was able to cancel Sunday night and make a new ADR. For me the difference was using Google Chrome browser in lieu of IE. Nothing was working for me on IE with the new site.

The site is very very slow. I was able to book a couple and cancel a couple earlier tonight but about half an hour after that I wanted to change 1 and it was practically down and not working.
