What a day I had yesterday!

After suffering with a bad sore throat since Tuesday, Thursday night I was feeling worse, glands swollen and really painful, head killing me I decided to go to the Doc on Fri with DD in tow, so went......have ear infection in both ears, not strep but an very ugly throat (Doc's assessment) and start of sinus infection..Yuk!!

So go to Walgreens drive thru to pick up prescription , go to start my car, nothing, try again, the thing WON'T start. Now my window is down, so we are sitting in a cold car and DD is in the back totally freeking out and crying that we are going to be stranded forever (yes she is a drama girl) called AAA and they got there in 20 minutes! my battery is totally shot. Since DH is still in FL the AAA guy put in a new battery, well after an hour of the AA guy wrestling with my corroded battery connections we finally got home.

Well my $10.00 prescription cost me $110!! So I'm feeling more human today, drinking my warm tea and catching up with my DIS buddies, missed you guys. Here's to a good weekend!
