What’s the history of minimum points required to get a Blue Card

Hi all. I’m having a hard time getting some information. My guide suggested I called member administration. After spending 20 minutes on the phone with member administration they said I’m supposed to get that information from my guide…

I’m trying to find the history of minimum number of points required for a blue card. Specifically, I’m wondering what the requirement was in March 2020.

Trying to put together some estate planning and I want to make sure if I leave any contracts to my kids. They have enough points for a blue card. I know it is 150 today, but what was it in March 2020?

Went from 75 to 100 September 2019 and 100 to 125 October 2020. June 2021 didn’t wait long to hit the 150.

Ok perfect. I bought some 100 point RIV contracts in Sept 2020 so they’re good to go.

I researched this a few years ago, and these are the best estimates I could find at that time (if anyone has a definite date that is different, let me know and I will update):

Membership Extras

• Prior to Apr 4, 2016 any contract qualified
• 25: Apr 4, 2016
• 75: Feb 25, 2018
• 100: Sep 17, 2019
• 125: Oct 19, 2020
• 150: Jun 3, 2021

Other Restrictions

• Mar 21, 2011: Resale contracts acquired on or after this date cannot be used for Disney or Concierge Collections
• Jan 19, 2019: Resale restrictions started (RIV, VDH, CFW)
