The train is closed and they use the other side for the new "shows" when it was open you could go look at the train. I don't think it will be uncovered till they stop the shows up top or the train is up and running.

I'm thinking it was closed before and they just kept a train parked there. The wrap would be a newer change, so I'm guessing a 50th anniversary touch-up.
