What’s going on the first week of March?

Does anyone know what’s going on the first week of March? Wanted to go but nearly all hotels (non-Disney) are sold out already! I see there is some sort of natural products event at the convention center, but would that cause all of the hotels to sell out? Anyway, looks like that week won’t be a good time to go, I was just curious if anyone knows what is going on.

The Natural Products Expo is HUGE, and makes hotels extremely expensive and makes traffic terrible, but doesn't have much effect on crowds in the park.

We were originally booked that week at BWPPI. I booked my room almost a year in advance. Later, I ended up cancelling and rebooking for the end of March, due to other reasons. I am now smack in the middle of Spring Break and Easter—and still saved $400 on the room!
