Where do you get the cheese with the white coating and creamier middle. And what is it called. I am from Wisconsin, and I can never find that one.

That looks like brie cheese, which is available at pretty much every grocery store here in Madison

Leftovers tonight salmon, ribs and burgers.
I had salmon with some pasta and pickled beets 🫜- my DH calls me an old lady
I do love pickled beets.
DH had a burger with potato salad.
Hoping DS and gf have the ribs when they get here.

My husband is a big bourbon collector and signed us up for a Garrison’s Brothers dinner tonight. We’ll see how this goes, I’m super tired but it’s his bday next week and I know he wanted to do this!

I met a couple of coworkers for HH at chili’s. We split chips and salsa, loaded fries, and some boneless wings.

We had Cobb Salads at Byers St Bistro in Staunton, VA. We sat outside. It was lovely.

Thai take-out; chicken pad see ew and tom kla soup with tofu. I have had a horrible chest cold for about a month now. Teaching this afternoon just took every ounce of energy out of me; I couldn't speak 3 sentences without cough/choking really hard. We got home around 7 and I went to bed; I let DH get take out, whatever he wanted. I'm just wiped out.

This afternoon, my MIL and I planted our deck railing boxes for out on our back deck. We had a couple regular planters to do too, We have a couple things left to do but needed more plants that we will get tomorrow.

For dinner I made chicken parm with linguini. It turned out pretty good.

It was fantastic! We ended up sitting just one seat away from Dan Garrison, so getting to hear all of his stories was a real highlight. We’ve been to the distillery in Hye, Texas a few times and always enjoy it. If your husband ever gets the opportunity to visit, he’ll absolutely love it!

Watching DGS today sine DIL had to go into work for some important meeting. Just finished a 3 hour Monopoly game and now he wants to play something else.

Dinner will be Chicken, ham, pecan salad in a vinaigrette with green onions.
