Hi!

We are going to WDW for the first time as a family end of November to early December, and have decided we want to rent a Windsor Hills condo for the three of us.

Prices for similar units vary. Allstar has 2brs for $109/night and some owners rent directly and have similar units for $75/night. Why the wide price range?

The difference in the charges are that you are paying extra for going through a management compoany, they have their fees, plus the owner. You will pay less by going direct to the owner as you are cutting out the middle man. We prefer Highgate Park ourselves

We like renting directly from the owner so that you can see the exact home/condo you'll be getting and the rates are usually better. They will sometimes give you a better rate than stated. Try vrbo.com and homeaway.com also windsorhillsrent.com

Normally I suggest www.windsorhillsrent.com

ONE exception might be to rent a home through All Star...they specialize in higher end homes only. Many homes won't qualify to their high standards, so you can be pretty certain you're getting one of the nicer homes.

Still, that price is kind of high for a condo at that time, our rate for a townhome with pool is $115/night at that time of year, and that's for a VERY high end home.
