Hey everyone,

This may have been posted, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to mention it again...

For those folks interested in 3-bedroom condos at Windsor Hills from August 17-October 4, Vacation Central Florida is running a one-day sale until today (1/25) at 7 p.m. All 3-bedroom condos are $299 per week (plus taxes and cleaning fee). The usual price is around $450 or so.

I got an email this morning about the sale and it said something like they weren't going to advertise it except to newsletter folks, but it was okay to spread the word. What better place to do that than here, right?

Anywho, we did rent from them in 2011 and our experience was pretty good. A few minor issues, but we would rent from them again for a price like this! If I remember correctly, there were some posters who may have had some issues with some of the units (but that's been a while back). We made sure we got one owned by Dave Robinson and we liked it!

but the main page is saying FROM 299 per week.

adding, been doing searches on various properties and dates and haven't found a $299 special yet.
Is there a code you need to enter?


Found one! $85 cleaning fee tax is 49.92 for a total of $433.92

Well, that's not cool!

I just got ANOTHER e-mail from them about this sale and I re-read the whole thing and didn't see anything about a code or such.

I would hate to think I put this out there and it wasn't legit.

You know what, I'm going to reply to that email and see what comes back.

I sure am sorry it isn't coming up properly!

I'll post back if I get additional information.

Just got back a note when I inquired about the availability...

Here's what I got back:
1. Go here:

2. Enter a Saturday to Saturday week between August 17 and October 4 and click SEARCH

3. Of the units that come up, select a 3 BEDROOM CONDO. You will see a base rate of $299.

If this doesn't work or you prefer calling, the number is 407.877.0777.

I'm so happy this worked for the PP. I hope someone else can take advantage of this special too! I was sick to my stomach thinking I put myself out there with this information and it might not work for my virtual friends. I take my Dis posts seriously and rely on others to share factual and honest feedback.

And, if you are able to use this special, tell them Stone sent you I told Dave he should have a referral program since I'm sharing his super deal with all my DisPals - LOL!

I'm hoping for a sweet deal like this when we go back later this year.

The baby would be 4 months old by that Sept, I just don't know if we want to take the baby to Disney for that long lol. We could visit my uncle in Orlando one day and my aunt in Tampa another. Hmmm.
