WH - anyone rented from these owners?

We've decided to stay at WH, most likely a 3BR TH.

We'll be there Christmas week (12/25/2010) so are looking to book soon.

I've gotten tons of offers, and already have + marks by some of the names already mentioned here, but here are a few more...please let me know good/bad if you have been there/had dealings with any these - these came in on the lower price range (not the cheapest though), and they look fine from the pictures, and do have websites (where the very cheapest don't have anything, or send very poor looking pictures)... I will be doing my due diligence in record lookup before signing any contracts - thanks all who have posted links to do so on these boards.

I would probably go with vacationcentralflorida but they are Sat-Sat only, and we are staying though to Sunday (8 nights) and I really don't want to move for 1 night.....

Haven't used any of those, but we stayed at this townhouse our first trip and LOVED it: http://www.disneyvisittownhome.com/ We're going again in a few weeks, but with a larger group so we got a house this time. But next time we go just the 4 of us again we'll stay at that townhouse!

Maybe I'm incorrect but when I was looking at those links, the uk one is actually windsor palms not WH.....different property.

Stayed in Windsor Hills in Oct 09 and loved it. We rented from themagicrentals.com, Owner was Rita Smith who we talked to directly. Highly recommend. Any questions just PM me..

We just got back from our stay in unit 203 from vacationcentralflorida.com We got a $199 week and after taxes/fees it was $350...it was a great place!

I actually ended up splurging a little an booking a fabulous house at Emerald Island. Super duper themed (for the grown-ups too!)

I can't believe how much more you can get for your money off site (we're 4 adults 1 child) I say "splurge" but its still less than the 1 room with trundle on-site, even with heating the pool...and with two adult DD's I think we'd kill each other by mid-week with only 1 bathroom! Now everyone has plenty of space (we're driving down, so car rentals not a factor)
