We've FALLen for WDW...An October 2010 PTR! New 10/14 TR Link Added

I am there with you on the remembering to fill it out. Last trip I tried my best but it wasn't easy. I do remember sitting in the Tambu Lounge after a photo session and trying to remember a few days worth to write down. That was actually quite nice and relaxing, so if you have time to do something like that I would recommend it, esp if there are cocktails involved ;)

That is a great idea!!! I think I just may have to do that. I can think of a few places to stop and do that. Thanks for the idea!!! :)

Look what I found in the $1 section at Target tonight! :)

It's 5x7 and hard covered. It will fit nicely in my hipster without getting crushed by everything else. :thumbsup2 I will write my ADR's on the first page but I will wait until way closer to do that as I have an ADR problem. I added another ADR last night. :rolleyes1 I also changed an ADR today to add an extra person. Our Mama Melrose's ADR is now for 3 people because my cousin is putting in her request this week for 2 days off when we are there. :thumbsup2 If she doesn't get her request we'll just show up with 2 people. :)

Oh, I also picked up a laundry bag in the $1 section as well. I am really hoping to feel motivated to do laundry one of the last few days of our trip so I go home with a small amount of laundry. Nothing is worse than coming home from vacation with a huge pile of laundry. That's reality slapping you in the face! :rotfl:

I also will admit that I had "Discount Fever" today and spent an hour or so pricing deluxe resort split stay combinations and in the end I just couldn't justify it. CSR looks absolutely beautiful. I don't want to have to stay in a value for half our trip just to stay in a deluxe the second half and still have to pay more OOP for the DDP. Next trip. :)

I have the day off tomorrow so I am hoping to get my next day plans up. :)

Cute notebook, perfect for all your note making :)

Lucky you having the day off today, enjoy :goodvibes

Love the crayon roll-ups--too cute. I wish I had talent in crafts and such. I love your binder too. Anxious for the next update.

I like to think I have some talent. There are many I know who are way better than me. I just do it because it is something I enjoy. :)

I think I am pretty much planned out for this trip. Luckily it is done. :) Unless I change anymore ADR's but I think I am happy with them now. :goodvibes

I hope to get another update up soon.

Your Welcome :)

It was nice to have the day off. The kids are "bouncing off the walls". They go back to school Monday/Tuesday next week and I am looking forward to it. They need to be back on a regular schedule. They are antsy. I have no more creative ideas for things to do. We went to the kid's museum, zoo, the park/ice cream shoppe many times, splash park, etc. Yesterday they were having Easter Egg hunts in the backyard for 2 hours.

Today is DH's birthday so we are off to The Cheesecake Factory (his choice and I'm not complaining!!!! :cloud9:) to celebrate. We may go see a movie depending on what time we get done with dinner. I can't believe he's 27! Seems like a little while ago we were celebrating his 21st birthday together. Jeesh!

I :lovestruc the Cheesecake Factory... so much! Have a wonderful evening and tell DH 'Happy Birthday' from the DIS!

Happy Birthday to DH :bday:

Hope you had a great time at the CCF :goodvibes

Trip binders are so much fun! :goodvibes And what cute crayon rolls for the girls! I'm impressed!

It was a lot of work but I loved every minute of it! Thanks! The crayon rolls are actually really easy to make. I got both done in about 2 hours and I am definitely a novice sewer.

I had one of their specials. Bellagio chicken it came with basil pasta a Parmesan cream sauce and an arugala salad on top. The flavors together were heavenly! Of course I had to get my white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. Mmmmm! Thanks for wishing Greg a Happy Birthday. :)

We did. Thanks! I left too full and with plenty of leftovers as usual. :) Oh and I didn't forget about planning a time to meet up I just haven't looked at our daily plans in a while.

Depending on the kids' behavior today I hope to get in another day's plan. Monday the girls go back to school and Tuesday the boy does. :) I just have to get through today and I made it! Boy, was it a long summer!

Greg had a great birthday. We didn't go see a movie bc there was quite a bit of traffic getting to dinner as usual. He did mention something interesting. At his work they put up a birthday banner in his cubicle with pictures of things he likes. He doesn't tell them they just do it. There were 2 Disney pictures on there! Haha! I also asked him last night what he liked better Sandals or Disney World and he said Disney World! Haha! Success. :)

Day Four

The night before we would have probably been up until around 2a.m. or so, depending on what time we leave MK’s EMH. I made a 10:00a.m. ADR for here:

1900.jpg

We’ll just take a cab over to the GF from CSR as I know we will want to sleep in as long as possible. After 1900 PF we’ll head back to CSR (via monorail to MK and bus to CSR-to save $$-unless the cab ride there is a lot lower than I anticipate). We will be so full from the buffet that I doubt we will want to eat lunch. We will spend the afternoon here:

After soaking up the sun and cooling off by a few dips in the water and a nice cold drink we will head to

We plan to eat (and drink) our way through the Food & Wine Festival this evening. There are so many things that I am looking forward to tasting. Mmm!

Today will be the perfect relaxed day after our long day the day before. :cloud9:

The End.

That day looks like it'll be nice and relaxing, which we all know you'll need after traveling all day the day before :lmao:

Oooh, another great day! I am really liking the whole 'relax at the resort pool' thing.

Food and Wine Festival looks awesome. Enjoy!

Sounds like a great day, can't go wrong with eating and drinking around the world :thumbsup2

Day Four sounds great. You will love spending an afternoon at the Dig Site. :)

Being at MK until 1am is going to be great! I did it with my family back in 2006 and we rode Splash like 4 times in a row and then went over to Space Mountain and rode that a few times. The park was empty! :)

I can't wait to relax at the pool. :) It's something I am really looking forward to. :thumbsup2

The Food & Wine Festival is what Greg is looking most forward to. :)

I think we will, too! If it ends up being too crowded we will just go to the quiet pool. Hey, how late is the Dig Site open btw? I'm just curious b/c there are some nights a soak in the hot tub would be nice after a long day at the parks!

I know this is off topic, but I am planning to ask for a Cricut for Christmas. I see that there are a couple of different kinds and I'm not sure which one would be right for me. How do I choose?
Thanks for your help!

Hi, no problem. Here is the info that I know. I suggest going to JoAnn's or even an Archivers (if you have one by you) as they usually have at least one on display and will be happy to explain it to you. There are two main types of Cricuts used for scrapbooking (there is a Cricut Cake decorator, but you don't want that for scrapbooking.) and the biggest difference between them is the size. One is a smaller version than the larger one. I prefer (and own) the small one for a few reasons. One it is more convenient for me to carry it up and down the stairs (as I sometimes scrapbook at my kitchen table instead of my craft desk). Also, you don't need as much room for it. The small one fits up to a 6" x 12" piece of paper whereas the large one is 12" x 12" (the standard size for scrapbooking pages). I've heard you can go smaller with the settings on the larger one (for example the smaller one makes no smaller than 1" cuts whereas the large one makes I believe a 1/2" or 1/4" cuts-don't quote me on that as I'm not positive). I use my cricut to cut out letters and other embellishments for my pages so it's perfect. The other big difference is price. The large one I believe is $299 and the small one is $199 (but my in-laws got mine for $70 on black Friday last year!). HTH. :)

We have NEVER found the Dig Site too crowded; but we also like spending time at the quiet pools as well. We've been in the Dig Site pool and the hot tub as late as midnight.
