Wet Rides in December!

Good morning! Does anyone know what normal temps. are in Orlando in December? Also, are the water rides the same year round or do the parks control the water flow so riders don't get as wet during the cooler months?
Our last December vacation in Florida six years ago was hampered by a cold front-it snowed in SC and was in the 40's when we toured the parks. I don't know why, but it feels much colder in Florida than anywhere I've ever been!

It can be cold in December, but we have been there and have had weather in the low to mid 70's for our stay when just the week before was only up to 50's. Suggest to ride water rides mid-day when it's the warmest. Yes, you will get wet regardless of what month it is.

Weather in FL in December? Anywhere from 40s to 80s, no way to predict this far out what it will be like for your vacation. You will get wet on the water rides no matter what season, but I do think the "extra" effects, like huge splashes, are toned down a little. But depending on how hardy you are, it can be great fun. My ex and I went to IOA on the coldest day of the year (around 35 degrees), and had great fun doing all the water rides back to back, over and over again. NO lines for those rides at that time of year. Just bundle up in lots of warm clothes, put a waterproof layer on top, and have at it! Then again, I'm the crazy girl who went swimming with dolphins at Discovery Cove when it was around 60, so my advice might not apply to everyone.

Thanks! My DD wouldn't have any problems riding no matter how cold it is-I however, would be a spoilsport!! We are staying at RPR, so we could go back and change clothes if we have too!
