Or maybe it was just me but it seemed like no matter where I sat I got dripped on when we were there a couple of weeks ago! My DS 5 insisted on sitting near the back of the bus and most all of them were dripping water on the seats. And I got the same thing on the monorail too. It must have been all of the rain/humidity...or does this always happen?

We had pretty good luck with the bus transportation to/from the AKL to all the parks. The worst of it was trying to get a bus back from EPCOT after illuminations. We waited a loooonng time. We liked the bus service much better from the AKL than we did from the POFQ - we ended up driving a lot last time...hardly drove at all this time.

We were coming back from the MK one afternoon and a woman was clearly sick from the heat. The bus driver was great helping her out...offering to call an ambulance or whatever. She was o.k. but it was nice to see.

Oops, sorry for those wet back seats on the buses. Must have been my dd who just had to sit on the back seats with her poncho on, more than once. I don't think WDW has dried out from all that rain yet. We found the transportation to be good also. Well...there was the bus that picked us up after our monsoonal trail ride. My dh and dd and myself were the only ones on board. Then the roof started dripping on me. As if I wasn't already soaked through to my undies!!!! The shuttle boats were terrific. The monorail, crowded but wonderful. And you gotta love the buses. Thanks Tyler, to you and all your purple-panted co-horts!!!

When I was there in July, during a rain storm, the bus window did leak. The seat was wet before I sat down but I wiped it off with a paper towel. I thought maybe someone had sat there who had a wet poncho on. However, during the ride back to AKL, the window was leaking all over me. Oh well, I was already wet from the rain so a little more water didn't hurt.

The older these buses get the more they leak its not just the Disney buses its all of this style!!

these RTS buses are prone to leak around the window gaskets and around the emergency escape hatches on the rook the buses that run up here in Boston all leak too!!

Indeed, the RTS's do leak... and actually, the newer ones moreso than the older ones. Go figure.

Oh, and by the way, you're not the only one. The Drivers often times get leaked on as well. In fact, one bus, it's like Niagra Falls when you apply the brakes.

The Nova low-floors don't usually leak, but the A/C condenses and drips on the driver all day long, every day. Very annoying.
