What can anyone tell me about Wet and Wild? Is it clean? Good for a family of 4, two kids ages 11 and 13?

It's a good park, the oldest in Orlando so it's not as nice or highly themed as Aquatica or the Disney waterparks but it's got plenty of slides and attractions,if the kids like to ride together it has the most multi person slides of all the waterparks in Orlando.

We went once a couple of years ago--we had the Orlando Flexpass so had unlimited visits there and also Aquatica. I found it down-at-heels by comparison to Aquatica, and when we went a lot of the attractions were closed (we went in February--pretty dead) so we didn't see it at its best I think. I also found it had a lot more local teens than families, and honestly, too many skimpy bathing suits and PDAs for my comfort. I spent a lot of time redirecting my kids' attention away from the teens. But I have heard that the rides are a lot of fun--we just missed some of the top ones because of seasonal closures.

Like DOOM1001 said, it is the oldest water park in Orlando, but it is a fun water park with nice staff. It has the most thrilling rides of all the Orlando water parks, in my opinion. I think anyone from middle school age to college age would really enjoy the park.
