Hello!!

I need some phone numbers AND/OR ADDRESSES for the WG vacation villas/ town center. They need to be as HIGH up in the company as possible!!! I need to contact them about something that happened while there, and the higher, the better! Let me know what you got!! What happened?

Well, we first wanted to let them know how what a great stay we had..... and.... while the timeshare thing, we were pickpocketed $900. Funny thing is that during the presentation, our sales man kept telling us how highly and how great the security is there.... so to make a long story as short as possible, we went to lobby, asked for security, it took 10 mins for them to come, but the security guy wasn't even the one they called.

We like to let any hotel chain know how our stay was, good or bad, here or there, and need to make sure we get this one out.

Do you have any numbers?

If you go to westgateresorts.com that should provide you with the numbers you need. Sorry that happened to you. Did they take it from your pocketbook or from your person?

Yeah I tried that and there weren't any numbers OR addresses I could find on there... wierd if I do say so myself!! I emailed them about a month ago asking for some numbers and/or addresses....... no response.

I never thought.... do any of you have any addresses? lol

Sorry to hear of your trouble. My brother in law left his Rolex at the #1 Pool at Westgate when we were there two years ago. when he realized it, he went back and of course it was gone. I urged him to try lost and found (no harm in asking). Guess what, a staff member had found it and turned it in. After much identifing questions he got it back. Any way the Vacation Villas general number is 407-396-8523 Sorry do not know any high level extension #. Good luck

Yeah, we also checked the lost and found a few times, but, nothing... imagine that! lol
