Western Caribbean Excursions

I was wondering if anyone out there can help me. I was looking over the itinerary for our Cruise and it says we arrive in the Grand Cayman at 7:30 am and an excursion we wanted to try was departing at 7:45am. My question is this, does this time mean that this type of excursion is the 1st trip out starts at 7:30 or is this the only one. Please help me as I have never done any land excurions before. Thanks in advance.

according to DCL, the time listed is the time you will meet up on the ship with your tour group--I had a conflict too but they said "no worries"--we leave 5/25--can't wait!
