Western Caribbean, Bug Spray and Dengue Fever

Jamaica Dengue Fever Outbreak

Planning a western on the Fantasy soon and ran across this article. I remember during the height of Zica Disney had bug spray in the rooms and on the docs when you got off the ship. Has anyone been on the Fantasy since September when this emergency was declared and are they putting bug spray in the rooms?

I always pack some but was curious if Disney was adding additional precautions.

We did an Alaskan cruise this past summer. Instead of bug spray, I got Off Deep Woods wipes, ordered from Amazon. Took up less room in my luggage and didn't have to worry about bottle leaking. They worked great. We did a forest hike. As soon as we got to the location there were tons of huge mosquitoes. None of us got bit by them.

Thanks - I looked them up. I found them at Walmart (shipped) for the same price as amazon but you get twice the wipes! I ordered them so I have them in my toiletry bag
