Were there AP rates during March 2003?

I know this has probably been asked a ton of times, but I thought I was going in Jan., & now it's March 12-19. Anyone have AP rates last March? Many thanks!

We went the last week in March and had an AP rate. I'm hoping they'll come out again this year but only time will tell I guess.
