We're staying offsite (had to share a great deal)

I'll send the links to the houses we're staying at once I get rental agreements for both, but I'm so stoked about the great deal I've gotten on a trip for next year. We've got 22 people (children included) going to Disney in June 2009. It will be for my daughter's 8th birthday, my birthday, my other daughter's birthday, and my wife and my 10th anniversary so we wanted to plan a BIG trip! lol. Anyways, we're staying at two large houses in Windsor Hills. I was fortunate enough to find 2 houses from 2 seperate owners on VRBO.com that were on the same street (and shouldn't be far from each other).

Since I'm coordinating the trip for everyone, I priced it by family including their portion of the rental houses, 7 Day Park Hoppers, parking, and all necessary taxes. It breaks down for adults at about $450 person! Thanks to people on this site, because if it hadn't been for people here, I may not have found the VRBO site. We had originally looked at places with Florida Sun and they were very helpful, but the prices were considerably more with them.

I will. I was pleasantly surprised by the rates we got for the time period we're going. How are the crowds usually the first week or two of June? As many times as I've been to Disney, I don't think I've ever been then, at least not since I was old enough to remember standing in lines. lol. I've been fortunate to have gone alot during "slow" times. We did go for a week in 06' during Spring Break. WOW, alot of people.

I knew my oldest DD would be turning 8 on this trip, but I didn't realize my sister-in-law will be turning 22 as well as a co-worker's son who is going with us will be turning 16. I had planned to do something fun for my DD while we were there. She's all into High School Musical and Hannah Montana. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do? I know Disney Studios does the High School Musical pep rally thing.

Those houses look great. I am looking to rent in Windsor Hills for later this year for a family trip. The first listing looks perfect. I noticed the owner is from GA (by the phone number). I did a reverse lookup and he actually lives about 5 min from where I work. I may have to give him a call.
