Yeah they were all busy. I wouldn't want to see them between 5-7pm .

OH me too . I hate the idea of having to stay at the hospital; trying to sleep there is almost impossible.

Haven't posted much lately, but doesn't look like it's been a problem.......... Anyway, Amanda and I leave tomorrow for Atlanta for one night then we are up Monday morning to head into Raleigh, NC.

She has to take a training class and Matt couldn't join her so I'm on a quest to see a new place.

I will post pictures either while we are there or when we get back.

I know! We're going to be at AKV-KIDANI Dec 8-13. So freaking excited! Half of our points are AKV & it's where we actually stay most of the time. So, it really feels like "home"!

I hate that we are gonna miss each other by one day . I am so excited I can't stand it . I think I am going to take a day to myself and just resort hop. I know my guys would hate it, but I really want to see the Christmas decorations at all the resorts.

We usually stay Sunday through Thursday nights and check out on Friday morning. Our MNSSHP trip was unusual because we stayed Tuesday through Friday.

Sorry I have been MIA for so long. We got back from North Carolina on Friday the 18th and I had to work Saturday the 19th and Sunday the 20th 12 hours, so I have been lazy trying to catch up on my rest. I took a lot of pictures at Pullen Park in NC and I will post the pictures in another post.

Anyway, I made a few changes to our trip today. We were going to stay off property on Sunday, Dec. 1st because I had made reservations for the fur babies at Best Friends Kennel at Disney for Dec 2nd through 7th. Well, today I decided to call our vet and see how much it would cost to board them there and needless to say I was . The reservations at Disney were going to cost $325 for 5 nights ; staying in the kennel at the vet's office.......$180 for 7 nights . Needless to say I canceled the reservation at Disney.

Since we are not going to have the dogs with us I was able to get us one night at AKL for Sunday, Dec 1st . It is only 9 points so I thought that was AWESOME!! They did have a studio at SSR, but I thought since we were going to have to change rooms anyway, we may as well try a different resort!!

I ordered our Magicbands Monday and made our FP+ reservations. I'm not sure how much I like the system because it took ALL DAY to make the FP+ selections and modify them to meet our needs. It also does not allow for picking FP+ choices for more than one park a day. I am sure they will figure out how to fix it for park hopping, but for now it is a one park a day proposition.

I went on ebay Tuesday night and ordered some iron on transfers so I can make some T-shirts for me this trip.













I also ordered these to wear so I can embarrass the snot out of my guys ..........



I still have my Minnie ears Santa hat from last December's trip, but that joker is HOT .

So there it is, all the changes and updates in a weeks time.



OH, and a to Lisa(Mickeystoontown) on making it to round 2 in the Disney Mom's Panel selection process!!! When she makes it we will truly have a celeb in our mix .

I was really surprised at how much I could save by boarding the dogs at the vet's office. I also like knowing that if anything goes wrong the vet has Niko's medical records. He seems to get sick when he stays at Disney.

I love the transfers and have some ideas on how to embellish them. I just hope I can iron them on straight........

I totally agree with you about the park hoppers too, I am wondering if maybe Disney is trying to gauge how well FP+ works so they can look at phasing out park hoppers!?!? They've already made it confusing by charging more for the MK than for the other parks. We didn't get park hoppers this trip because I didn't see a need. Now, that being said, we may add it after we are there if my guys start complaining about my planning .

Oh and I forgot to say a big yippee for staying at the AKL! It's gorgeous and I'd love to stay there. Just can't get my men to sway from the beaches at the CBR. To John, the animals don't come close to comparing.

This will be the first time since 2000 that we are going without park hoppers. I have all our days pretty planned out at each park so I think it will be OK. It will all come down to how my guys like it.

Link Your Walt Disney World Ticket or Pass

Select Your FastPass+ Experiences

Simply choose "Make FastPass+ Selections" from the My Disney Experience home page**.
