oh, Shannon. That's horrible! I would definately talk to their customer service manager and complain if I were your mom. Clearly they wanted to sell a van that was already on their lot or that they needed to get rid of from a different lot. How frustrating!

I can't believe your trip is coming up this fast! You, Eric, Madeline will have so much fun (not to mention your mom and dad too!). I can't wait to see your pictures of the family and the flowers. I am looking forward to hearing all the details and hope that you have a great time. I wish I was going with you instead of waiting another 7 months!

Hot Air Balloon seems really fun. I've always loved looking at them from the ground. Scared to go in one though. They are wonderful though, I've heard.


I forgot to tell you earlier that I had ordered disposable cameras for the kids from the Kellog's offer. I sent the check in about two weeks ago and the cameras came today! Toy Story for each of the boys, Tinker Bell for J. I didn't think they'd come that fast!

I'm in total sticker shock right now. We just had a fence company come out and give us an estimate. Holy Cow that's expensive! I was thinking it'd be about $3500 for a PVC/Vinyl fence and maybe $2,000 for cedar. NOPE Vinyl is like $6,000 and Cedar is $3500.

I think we're going to need to rethink the fence idea.

AACK! Don't build the fence if you're planning to move in the next year or two.

I decided to practice using my camera again. I wasn't happy with the last photo's I took at the zoo. It must all be in the lens becaue the ones I took this afternoon with the non kit lens are perfect. I wanted to make sure I could take amazing flower pictures. I think i"ll be able to. Now if I could just find a way to practice night/fireworks shots that would be great.

I can sleep although it seems Madeline can't. She's suddenly developed a fear of Monsters. She wakes up a few times a night saying "scared, Monsters" Not sure how she even knows about monsters (except Monsters INC but she hasn't seen that in a couple of months)

I have to look at your plans again and see if we'll be anywhere on the same days but I don't remember any times.

Thank you. Yeah I'm thinking of ordering the photopass myself. I'm really freaked out by the lack of communications and excuses that the share person has been giving. I don't want to loose my pictures!

Ok 3 days! We 2 days 19 hours. LOL We leave at 4am Saturday morning.

Madeline's grandparents are coming over for a visit this afternoon. They don't want to go a whole 2 weeks without seeing her.

I have most of my cleaning done. Just need to vaccuum (today) and do laundry (tomorrow)

On Friday I have to get the cat situation settled. I'm pre making litter boxes so all FIL has to do is dump on in the trash and put out another. I also have to load the van and get a pedicure.

Today I have no car because Eric decided that it needed an oil change before we leave. Not sure why that couldn't wait since it will just be sitting in the garage but whatever. lol

That's how it is in our house usually too. I was a Nazi last night with Eric making sure he didn't spill anything on the newly mopped floor. I'm saving vacuuming til last minute sort of.

It seems I do. I just grabbed a thermometer to bring along. I usually don't bring that with. I can count on 2 fingers the number of times I've actually used that thing.

Eric confirmed our ADR's this afternoon so that's another thing to check off.

I'm doing Madeline's laundry now and baking a cinnamon coffee cake for my end of the year woman's group brunch tomorrow.

I think on Friday I'm going to wash our sheets so we have nice clean ones to come home to.

Morning everyone. I can't say it's very good though. We've all seemed to catch yet another cold. I HATE this back and forth weather. Hot, cold, hot, cold. I was up on and off until 3 am with Madeline last night. I just hope this doesnt' turn into another ear infection. UGH UGH UGH!!
