Love your walking tour of AoA! I'm so excited to go check it out with DS on our October trip. I think he will really love the Cars section since Cars Land was not open at DCA when we took him last year. I'm with you, I'm not crazy about the movies either, but DS has made us watch them so many hundreds of times that I have just given up. If we would ever stay at AoA, we'd be in the Cars suites, for sure, just for how much he loves Lightning & Mater!

He will absolutely LOVE the Cars section! I think it will be worth the trip over there. I know when Gavin gets older and has a say in which resort we stay at we will end up back at AoA in a Cars suite.

Thanks! I definitely will post pictures after the big day I'm not ready for my baby boy to be a year old yet. I'm working on his photo book for his first year and I'm getting teary eyed looking at newborn pictures!

Ha! Loved the Big Bang Theory reference!!

Looks like a lovely morning walk through the resort. Even though I've not seen Cars fan (still haven't seen the movie all the way through) I love the theming that they did at AoA. All the photos I've seen carry the same look/feel of Carsland at Disney's CA Adventure. (They did an awesome job at that park by the way!)

Yay on the successful Mickey Mouse birthday party! (We'll be having a Minnie Mouse one in about two months). Happy Birthday (tomorrow) to Gavin! This first year goes SO fast! Can't wait to see birthday pictures!

Thanks! You are the first to notice. All the titles of each update are titles of Big Bang Theory episodes which is why they are well, strange!

It seriously did not feel like a value to me, it really felt like a deluxe. Having stayed twice at Pop in the past though it felt "Popish" seeing Animation Hall and waiting for buses.

I cannot believe Dug Baby is about to have her first birthday. The Minnie theme will be great! It does go so fast...

Aw, great Mickey birthday party! Everything looks awesome!

I agree about baby led weaning being awesome. Pretty much every night at dinner I comment on how cool it is that she just sits down with us and shares what we're having for dinner. She's been pigging out on chicken chili the last couple days. Looks like Gavin's doing great with it too.

You made it to a park!!!

So far I don't really see any mistakes.

Too bad about no lunch at BOG, but it looks like lunch at my fave CHH really hit the spot. All of the food looked great!

Awesome that Gavin slept so long. The pictures of the three of you (I like the purple with all of your Ravens gear) and the one of Gavin sleeping are really cute!!!

Jungle Cruise FP sound like a good idea. The standby line wait can be really brutal.
