We just received notice that our resale passed ROFR and closing should take place in the next 3 weeks. Yay!!!

Thanks everyone for answering my newbie questions that have been asked hundreds of times.

Unfortunately, we won't be going home until Jan '07. Nineteen months, I don't know if I can stand it (we need to save points for a GV.) I'll survive off of your stories and trip reports until then.
