and I'm devastated! Our ticker is at 35 or so. That means in 35 + 8 days, our trip will be over, gone, done with. We will have tons of pictures, memories and -$3000 but it will be over. I am mourning it already. :sad1:

Only one thing to do.

Start planning another trip.

I like the way you think! We usually start planning as soon as we get back (even if we know that we cannot afford to or if it is going to be a year later) We start talking about where we want to stay and looking at prices. Its gives us something to look forward to!

I'm going for a short trip with my sis after we get back (sometime before fall) and then after that DH says we can start working on a baby. (Maybe he's just trying to keep me away from Disney:lmao: ) I guess that is more fun to look forward to than Disney anyhow.....

We leave in 17 days and the last 8 months of my life have been devoted to planning this trip. Never mind that currently my DD has Pnemonia (sp) and both my boys are running temps around 103. We are going and it is going to be freaking wonderful no matter what !!! The point is my husband keeps asking me what I am going to do with myself when I get home. I calmly answered start planning my Disney Cruise of course. I got the eye roll.:rotfl: :rotfl:

Please focus on the fun and the terrific time you will have. Try to have excitement not anxiety.

Anxiety! I am both excited and having panic attacks as our trip is in 18 days! I have been obsessed with planning and my husband wouldn't be too excited if I decided to book another trip! :confused3 It will all be over so soon and planning has made me so happy that I'll just have to save so we can do this again! Now that our trip is so close I am panicking that I will forget something important. :grouphug:

We are leaving in 5 days can't wait. Staying at POP. Went last year for the first time in October had to go back!!

I know the feeling in 23 days I am going for a mini birthday trip, only going to be there for 3 days, but I have put all my time into planning it, and now to just think in 26 days it will all over be over :(
but I guess when I come home I have to decide weather I wanna go to Europe again in the next couple months, or go to disney for a longer amount of time...and than start planning that :)

I have... two years plus 7 days and finally... I leave :cloud9:. These are some pics to show what it will be like afterwards: :scared1:  :sad2: :guilty:  :sad1: :scared: :scared1: ::confused3

Well, I guess I will have a lot of time to browse the computer, read, map, write, help book resorts, flights, possibly the Mickey Christmas Party... I'm going in about two years for my sweet sixteen. Lol. And, I get to make up 9999999999 billion sheets of homework! Yippe! Or maybe I can do it all on the plane. Two years plus 7 days... WAHHHHH! :sad2:

Imagine me...it's been 9 (yes 9!) whole years since I last was at The World! Can you imagine that much aching and longing to go back...and you guessed it, I'm right back there next April and I'm going to love every single second of it, as I probably won't be back there for another 9 years!!

Some people go every year, me personally, I think these people should count themselves very very lucky!!

Enjoy every trip you take there, no-matter how often, and don't forget, there are many many unfortunate people who have never been and experienced the magic, and may never will do!!

I think a lot of people start thinking about the "it's going to be over so soon" thing and get depressed a week or two before they leave, I know I get like that for other trips even! I would try to stop focusing on it for now. Maybe  take a break from the DIS and concentrate on the otehr things in your life. Then in a few days when you come back it will feel exciting again. If you focus on how soon it will be over, it will be over quickly.
