DH and I have been planning our January trip for almost 2 months now. (Yes, it was kinda' last minute.) We booked POR and I was thoroughly happy.

We're listening to last week's podcast together and all of a sudden he stopped it and said, "I can't take it anymore! We're not staying at Port Orleans Riverside...WE'RE STAYING AT WILDERNESS LODGE!"



We've only been to WDW once and we stayed at CSR. Can't wait to try out a deluxe!

That's funny, because I did the same thing!!! We were booked at POR in January, before our cruise, and I just wasn't feeling it, so I just changed our ressie to the WL yesterday!

I haven't listened to last week's podcast yet, was there something in there about the WL?

Nope...nothing in the podcast! We just happened to be listening to it when DH got the urge to "confess".

Congratulations! We stayed at the WL in May and fell in love! We usually like to try new resorts on each trip, but next trip will definitely be WL again!

Wilderness Lodge is the resort I have always wanted to stay in! Hopefully someday!

oh you lucky girl! WL is beautiful, I managed to get 4 nights in last Xmas there and it's just a fantastic resort, I hope you have the best trip

Enjoy!! I've always loved the WL and finally got to stay there for ONE night prior to our spring cruise. I'm hoping we'll be able to make it back there someday, and hopefully for more than one night!

Thanks everyone! DH & I are super excited about it, too!! I've been pouring over photos of the resort. Now just trying to figure out if we want to submit a room request or just let the chips fall where they may.

So jealous! I wanted WL but was only able to get AKL with the 40% off pin. Still very excited about AKL, but WL was my first choice. Enjoy!
