We're Going to WDW. Ticket Question?

Ok,
We are heading to WDW this summer and my husband and I both have one day left on old park hoppers that we purchased two years ago.
I was wondering if anyone knew if we could still use them or if we need to apply their value to new tickets?

I was at WDW in January and I used a park hopper ticket I had purchased in April 2004 without any problems.
