Cute bathingsuits and sunglasses! It's been a while since I've paid a visit to the Disney store. Oh well, I have to make up for it for my recent VB purchases!! Yikes!
Thanks for all the great ideas! I love the idea of Mickey giving the kids something in their stocking each day!
Those pins do get exspensive, don't they? I think what we'll do for the next trip is I'll get a lot from Ebay. Longingtobatdisney gave me the link for a good seller, if you want I can PM it to you! Each day the girls will choose a few to trade and then on the last full day they'll choose one or two to buy from one of the favorite things they did. (Maybe from an amazing character encounter, or new ride that they loved, etc!!)
My favorite thing to buy for trips is either bags or clothes.

Yes, I have! So cool!! I hope I get one by me! If not then there is a huge interactive Disney store opening this fall in NYC! We saw it yesterday. I couldn't believe they charged to even give Mickey and Minnie a high five! WOW!

HELLO!!! I'M BACK!!!

Sorry for the brief delay in my PTR! This was calling my name...

We had a wonderful beach vacation down to Destin, FL. The water was clear and blue...NO oil! We did lots of shopping and even visited Build-A-Bear twice! It is a tradition in our family that the kids make a bear every year when we are in Destin. This year, we went back for a second visit because they launched a new line of "ice-cream" themed bears on the day we were checking out. The kids had a blast as usual!

Abby got Bubblegum (pink and blue) and Aiden got Orange Sherbet.

Now that I am home and on the DIS again, I glanced down at my ticker and WOWZA! Only 5 months and 1 week left!! SOOO much to do and plan for. I hope to post about organizing for travel on Monday! Glad to be back!!

We love the beach, too, and very thankful to live only 2 hours away from the Atlantic. We've never been to Destin, but my brother-in-law (lives in Georgia) goes every year and loves it there! So glad you had a great (oil-free) time!

yay for the beach!!! When I first looked at those pics I was guessing you went to Hilton Head because the Hilton resort that we used to stay at looked similar in the first few pics that you posted!! I hear Destin is very nice as well!!

I haven't been to a Build A Bear in years but those new bears are super cute!!

Yay--NO OIL!! There were reports all over the news and facebook about oil in Destin. I was like "we are here and it is beautiful!" We did have a great trip---thank you! The ice-cream bears were awesome!

Ohhh how lucky you live so close to the fun! Lots of Georgia, Louisiana, Alabama, Tenn people go to Destin! You should try to go wtih your BIL some time, it is just beautiful!

I would LOVE to go to Hilton Head!! Hopefully we can make it some time in the next few years! We always go to Destin (ever since I was 7!). It is close to my house and sooo pretty!
