Any ticket booth. The vouchers state "Present voucher and valid ID at any Main Entrance ticket booth."

This is what my voucher says:

Thank you for volunteering! To redeem this voucher :
Present voucher and valid ID at any Main Entrance ticket booth. Valid ID is one of the
following : driver's license with photo, or a government-issued passport or photo ID. If
under age 18, you can instead bring an original or a copy of a birth certificate (school or
children security IDs not accepted).

Glad I read this...my daughter will be 9 and I didn't think about bringing her BC. I'll have to do that!

so if you are getting the figurine and FP voucher (2 of us volunteered) you go to a ticket booth? That's where you buy the tickets, right, not the gates where you go in? For the birthday thing you went to the Guest Services windows outside th park.:confused3

Again, all the information is on the voucher...

Instructions for Annual Passholders and multi-day ticket
holders redeeming voucher for an alternate option instead of
the 1-day, 1-theme park ticket.
Present your valid ID, this voucher, and your valid multi-day ticket or
Annual Pass to any Main Entrance ticket booth to redeem for a
Disney's FASTPASS® Special Exchange card.
To redeem your voucher for a Special Ear hat figurine with unique
trading pins, visit "Greetings from California" in Disney's California
Adventure® Park with valid ID, this voucher, and your multi-day
ticket or Annual Pass (if this location is closed, please visit any Main
Entrance ticket booth).

AND the will also give you a button that say honary volentear... with kermit and miss piggy on them .. we had a great time.. really warm and most ride had 30 minute wait time except for space mountain that was 45 minutes..

We just used all 4 of our vouchers to get the fastpass exchange card. You go to one of the main ticket booths outside the park, present your voucher and valid ID (Birth Certificate for minors) and they will give you a fastpass exchange card. Then you take the fastpass exchange card to the white gazebo just inside Disneyland gates (I think the sign says guided tours). They take the card, scan it, and give you the actual fastpasses.

The good news about the fastpasses is that many of the CMs just gave them back to us and thanked us for volunteering. We got to use them again and again. Yeah!
