I had read a some less than positive comments about the Trick or Treat party last week, so I was really nervous about going this past Thursday. We loved it! We were in line at 6:15 and they let us through the gate and then past the ropes at 6:30. We walked straight to the back of the park. We stopped on the way to see Peter Pan and Wendy (we were the first there), and then went right to Toy Story Mania. We were on in 5 minutes and then went back again with little wait. We went on Screamin, and then played some boardwalk games and hit the treat stations on the boardwalk. There were not too many people at all, it was very manageable. We then made our way towards the front of the park and there were very long lines for candy by Bug's Land, so we went on Soarin and then made our way over to Tower of Terror. We watched the parade and really enjoyed seeing all of the great costumes. We got tons of candy through Animation Studios (don't miss that!) and then our bags were filled with huge hand fulls by the exit of the park.
Our plan was to hit rides first and move on to another treat station if there was a long line for one. The party was sold out, but we felt that it was not as crowded as we expected. Our kids (4 and 6) had a great time! We left the party close to 9:30 because we were all tired and felt that we got more than our money's worth!! I hope everyone else that goes has just of good of time as we did!
-Those that are looking for chocolate, the Ghirardelli station was by Soarin and the Reese, Snickers, Kit Kats...were in Animation Studios.
