they're usually filmed 3/7 days a week, for several hours at a time, then there's a break, then a few more hours. then thats about the end of the day. kids can only work for a few hours at a time, so tlc gives them a big break in the middle of filming to make sure they aren't breaking any laws.

i remember that from the j&k+8 question and answer episode like two seasons ago.

Not me. I hate those kind of shows.
No offense to them, but I really don't care what Jon & Kate Plus Eight do..or this Octomom or whatever her name is.
I can't stand those reality shows.

Agreed completely.
I can honestly say I don't care about what drama is going on in their lives.
I hate reality shows.
