When we were going to our disney trip thanksgiving weekend at the airport security line at laguardia ny, right behind us was someone famous. DH knew it because all the tsa people were ooohing and aahing, ds 17 knew he was on espn and a famous basketball guy. No one asked for his autograph though. He was dressed fine, smelled great, had a great looking companion etc. Well ds saw him on tv yesterday and it was none other than Scotty Pippen. I wish ds would have asked for his autograph but we were trying to get to the plane and the whole incident made dh forget his cell phone at the security line. He had to run off the plane to get it.

Pippin was pretty famous for NOT signing autographs. I always assumed he wanted to be like Jordan.

I have Jordan's autograph. It's from before his NBA days -- well before he quit signing.

The town that I live has a pretty big yacht manufacturer, and he had his yacht made in my town. I was at work one day and looked out the window, which overlooks the river, and there he went, sailing past on his boat. He must have been heading out to the lake to go back to Chicago or something.

It was kind of cool!

i'm currrently working on negotiation with his sister on a major remodeling job, hes no biggy to see here, he grew up 17 miles east of my house..lol.. i saw him several times during thanksgiving while he was home, didnt see him during christmas this year, but his hummer is well known around here.
