We ordered HBO---My DH is HOOKED On the Soprano's! Gets hooked up on Friday!

We actually bought season 3 of the Soprano's and watched the first tape. Its a little strange, but it is funny in some parts. So, hopefully this Sunday we will be watching the "real" thing.

I would like to get HBO, we're already paying $90 for cable and cable internet.

To add premium channels is way more than I want to spend on tv.

Maybe one of the networks will buy the show!.

We got a Package and its only about 15.00 more a Month. Plus the box for my TV is Extra. I don't think any of the networks could buy the show, as it does have some very "Adult" scenes in it. I get about 4 HBO's and Encore's and I think some Showtimes, I am not sure. Will see on Friday when they hook it up. Hope I get Soap Net...that would be neat!

We don't have cable, just antennae. I would love to have cable. Dh loves all the ESPN channels, but he's too tight to buy it. I love him and I'm glad he's careful with out money, but after 22 years of marriage, I want cable. I keep thinking, maybe next year, and then it goes by and no cable. But, maybe next year.

We have satellite....get the 50 basic, 6 or so HBO, 8 showtime, movie channel, flix, indy channel for $45.00 a month.

Do the "kitties" like it? We are paying around 43.00 NOW for Basic Cable. The deal we got is for 49.99, with an extra box 10.00 more. So, hope it works out.

I love HBO. They have so many good shows besides the Sopranos ( I am a big fan of this show too). They also have thier own movies and mini-series which are usually first class productions all the way. I'm sure you will enjoy your HBO

i couldn't live without my HBO...that's the only movie channel that we'll pay for. i can't live without watching Sex and the City. that's my favorite show!!!!! i've never watched the sopranos...i'm not really into the kind of violence that's associated with that show. my husband may want to watch it though...so who knows! i could become a die hard fan of the sopranos one of these days!

any sex and the city fans...does anyone know when sarah jessica parker is due? and cynthia nixon? just curious!!

My DH is HOOKED on Soprano's....wants me to call HIM Tony! He is almost thru with the third season..we bought it 2 days ago. I however, agree with some of you about the violence...way too much, but this is why its on HBO!
