Well this is just silly, failing quest while standing in line for public rooms

each time 25+ people in line and it fails before i can get in....silly at best

I agree, this is terrible. You have to enter Tiki Tiki Tiki Island and by the time you get in you fail the task. So I tried answering the last 3 questions while standing in the room, but then when you get to where you have to go to the room...it does not register you are in it. So you have to get back in line which you fail again. It's a viscious cycle I can't get past.

It's better than what Fin did last night with the Quest. For Pete's sake, you do not do a HANG OUT SPOT and a ONLY START YOUR QUEST HERE in the same place.


What Hula (could be wrong) did was to have her hang out spot, but keep the Quest in the Universal Q.

For some strange reason, there are only like 5 instances of tiki island showing up, and now the line to get in is 39 people long. Better to wait and finish the quest later after VMK fixes the problem. Five minutes is not enough time to get into this room, before you fail the quest task.

Yes, it is silly. I went through that with the Typhoon Lagoon quest, so I've learned my lesson. I am impatiently trying to be "patient" here and just wait for the afternoon before beginning this quest.

I DID wait to go to next task after getting in the room but it did not register. You have to re-enter, so many people are stuck at this point...can't get past it. Oh well, now I remember why I never do these first thing. lol

Another good one is I am trying to get into Jungle Cruise and the load bar stops just before it should go away and give me the game. I decide to wait it out either for a dc notice or for it to clear out enough to finally put me in the game and I get a inactivity message! Uh how am I supposed to move if I am in line waiting still lol.

Um... Just so you know, last night's quest was in the Q button. It even said that in the description for Phinny's room. I'm pretty sure all host quests will be in the Q from now on. I only wish the Q button could allow for some variety in prizes, since before you had the chance to get things like Inferno and rare items.

If you click on advanced mode on the world map, then click on the room you wish to visit it gives you several room options to choose from...least amount of ears wins.

I agree that this quest was a little annoying due to the fact that we had to go to those two major rooms. Segiro had a point, because later at night I was able to find a room with no queue to finish my quest.

I also had to finish my quest late at night -- I failed the tiki room task earlier in the day -- why did they have so few rooms...?
