well right now at this exact moment in time at 4:13 pm i am watching The Shining. i watched it in the 5th grade at a friends house and was petrified. now wacthing it it is rdiculous haha. i find it completely stupid. the dad is chasing the little kid trying to kill him and the mom is running around trying to kill the dad. now the little kid is running into the maze(which is completely idiotic!) he dad creeps me out! like when the kid got strangled by the chick in the bathtub and the dad went to go check it out and he starts making out with it and its an old dead lady! thats creepy haha.
but back to the topic...

ohemmgeee i watched IT with my mom and my friend in 6th grade during the summer haha
we were scared to go to thebathroom and take showers for like a week hahaha

horror movies bore me.
i'm either hardcore making fun of how stupid the people are, or just being over critical.
it's the only kind of movie i can't enjoy.

^^^Most horror nowadays are very typical, but then so are alot of films (never do a media course unless you want film ruined for you haha). This is also due to Hollywood playing the "safe" card because they don't want to release to much that could be failures...so making remake is the way to go (wooops didn't mean to go sarcastic on film companies there haha).

-I like IT, but I love evil clowns haha
-Rose Red could come under horror I guess (psychological one)
-Bride of Frankenstein (amazing haha)
-What Ever Happened to Baby Jane? (had a few horror codes and conventions to it, though I guess it would come more under the thriller genre)
-House On Haunted Hill (the original with Vincent Price not the awful remake)
-My mind has sort of gone blank right now haha

I love all horror movies.
I got creeped out while watching Dead End!!!

Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things is my favorite movie.

Ok so i definitely think that if these apply to a child, it doesnt mean they are necessarily gothic, But it DOES mean they are going astray from the Lord. So still intervention is necessary.
