well, same old problem

tried making my ADR's online and once again the same old problem. can't do the 10 day adr since it won't recognize my confirmation #. why on earth can't these guys fix the disney site. i've written and called and they always seem befuddled why it's not working. no big deal since i'll just call but somewhat frustrating.

I can log into the site under the tab "My Reservations" and my info is all there, but when I enter my package reservation conf # I get a red error message.

I'm going to write and call too! The more "voices" they hear complaining the better. This should NOT be an ongoing problem!!!!!!:mad:

Oh, and when I called WDW-DINE after 7am EST, the automated system has apparently had not rolled over and was only taking ADR's for people with room ressies on 9/7 or before. Today is 180 days out from 9/8 not 9/7.

Well, at least I got Chef Mickey's on our first nite! woo hoo! :dance3:
Beyond that, I'm stuck w/o being able to make ADR's either online or phone.

Oh let me tell you, i was so pissed off when my 180 days came around about a week ago. i was ticked. I also couldnt make my ADRs at 6am. So i had to wait until 7am to call. I WAS PISSED! This has been an ongoing issue for so many people for soooooo long now. Is it really that hard to fix the darn problem? Is it???? If this has been going on for a few years, clearly whatever theyre doing isnt working! Time to try something new!

Later in the day (business hours) I'm calling the tech support #.
This is ridiculous!
NOT up to what I expect from Disney standards.
Yes, they are allowed to have issues, but not ongoing.....for years!
 

Just called and bypassed the automated ADR system by pressing "0". Spoke to a real, live CM and "the system" was also NOT allowing her to make my ADR's. :headache:
She agreed that today is my 180 mark and I should be able to make all of the ADR's. The only explanation she offered was that maybe "the system has not been updated yet today"
Probably.... that's why the recording still says that only persons w/ a check-in date of 9/7 or before can make ADRs.
Will keep trying!

I lucked out and was able to make all my ressies at 180 days. But ever since then I am unable to display them online. EVER. It is SOOOOOO annoying. I've called 3-4 times and the reservations are there. I've even switched a couple online and been told I have a conflicting reservation that needs cancelled and did that when necessary. BUT THE RESERVATIONS STILL DO NOT SHOW UP ONLINE!!! UGH!!!
 
I'm glad I'm not the only one! It's so frustrating. As much money as Disney makes, their website should run smoothly. I don't get it. I got all the reservations I want, tho. So it worked out in the end... but it was still frustrating, lol.
 
Are any of you DVC owners or renting DVC points? Its an ongoing issue with DVC reservations.
