Well, my wife and I are now proud owners at AKV.

As fans of Disney and multiple trips to WDW over the years we finally took the plunge about a month ago and it's officially a done deal. The paper work is done, the check cleared yesterday, and we registered on the DVC site a little while ago. My wife and I wanted to be owners for quite a long time, but the timing and finances weren't right. We had an opportunity to buy and pay it off in full. So I called DVC about 6 weeks ago to see what deals were to be had before I went looking at resale. I was offered a pretty good deal (IMO) and decided AKV was the right choice for us. My family is excited and look forward to our first trip in early December. I feel kind of silly for posting this, but we're excited to be owners and look forward to many years of enjoying our DVC. I just wanted to share my good news and introduce myself.
