On June 10th, I cancelled my room only ressie for the 7/5 package (had 2 rooms, plans changed and now only need 1). Anyway, I had paid my room only ressie paid off (approx. $1300) when I switched to the package, it was about $700 more.
They told me that they would not be able to transfer what I had already paid on my room-only, but would have to refund it back to my debit card, ok fine. So when I booked the package I paid the $700 difference, waiting for the $1300 to show back up in my account to apply to the new package, which is due on the 24th.
Well, so far nothing has turned up in my account, so I called today inquiring about my refund. WELL.... it's a good thing I called because they NEVER cancelled my original ressie! So anyway, the CM said she would notate my account so that if I don't get that $1300 refund by the 24th, they will NOT cancel my reservation.
So I guess everthing is worked out now, BUT IT'S A GOOD THING I CALLED!!!
