Earlier this week I changed a room reservation for 12/31-1/09. I wound up giving up a 40% Disney Visa discount for a very small AAA discount but felt in the long run it was a better rooming situation for our family. I was also asked to give an additional room deposit which I did.
Today while I was at work Disney called and left a very lengthy message giving all of the details of our reservation and requesting more $. Big problem for me because the kids did not know about the trip--DH and I planned on surprising them for Christmas. I know that they would have had no way of knowing that it was a surprise but the whole thing doesn't even make sense and I really wish that they hadn't given all the details
Sorry to vent but I can't believe that we got this close (even managed to snag the ME package out of the mail without anyone seeing it) and now they know. Oh well, I'm done~Thanks for listening.
