How many "Pin Trading Lanyards" do you have?

I have 7 that I have used over the course of pin trading an another 3 that came with pins from TDL. I use the one from the Epcot Pin Event as my main lanyard now. I like the light weight and it holds the pins well.

The only lanyards we have are the ones we got from Jeff & Lauri's party last August. I usually keep my traders that I take to the parks in a little plastic bag . Don't ask!

I think we have about 6, but I have to agree with Nat the one from the Epcot event is the softest and most comfortable to wear.

we have more than you can count, and keep adding to our supply...although it seems as though only a few get used...but at DL we bought the 'seatbelt' one...i think that one will do it for now.

I have about 5 that I take with me.

I have a Peach Lanyard - it is black with peach letters and just peach pins on it. I am happy to trade or give out peach pin as part of my Vice Peachidency.

I have my Jeff and Lauri Lanyard that I pretty much just keep my speical pins on that are from special Dis events. i.e. Parkhopper Dis Pin, Darlene birthday pin, etc.

I have my SCOOP lanyard - I was able to obtain some pictures of Scoop so I made my own personal Scoop pin and I even have a Scoop Lanyard Card with his picture. This lanyard is filled with pins that I will trade with kids, for anything they have to offer, just like Scoop would do.

I have my Mickey Mouse Lanyard from DL - it has a huge Mickey on the bottom of it and this is for my traders with the big people.

and I have my Darlene lanyard - some friends of mine had it made for me because I helped organize our last Girls Trip. This lanyard holds all my speical pins that I would not trade. Like my CTT pin and my DCL Cruise Halloween pin.

I did not get the jest of the lanyard until this trip when someone told me that it was not appropriate to wear pins on the lanyards that you are not willing to trade.

I guess I will have to rethink all these lanyards and decide what to wear and when to wear it.

I wasn't at the August event. But I am proud to say I am looking forward to wearing the lanyard AZJeff made for me and sent to me right after my shoulder surgery!
I have four lanyards total. But DH will wear some too. I did send a WDW lanyard to my German trading buddy, Rob.
I figure four is plenty. After that, I'll buy a vest!

My husband put on my lanyards the last time we were in WDW and realized that they are chick magnets.

He said the women were all over him - I had to watch him as he was willing to trade just about anything with a pretty girl.

I no longer allow him to wear my lanyards.

I used to give my hubby the lanyard w/ pins that I don't care what he trades them for

Except this last time -- he had the pins that were my "good traders".
And he wasn't allowed to trade ANYTHING under pain of death .

For some reason, he always gets the people who think he is a CM (these people are clueless sometimes -- he has no name tag, cutoff jean shorts, and a generic t-shirt!) and demand they trade them for whatever they want.

One suggestion for you lanyard wearers -- I went to a travel shop and bought those extra "handle grips" for bags -- small, light, wraps around the lanyard to rest against the back of your neck -- REALLY worth the 4.00 a piece! AND they tend to keep the lanyards from floating (getting ****-eyed)...
