But yeah, I think it's pretty creepy. There was a picture of a police man writing something down about a foot in a Nike shoe, which was several feet away from him.
Wouldn't that be creepy to be walking and see a Nike shoe, and maybe like look into it and see a severed foot?

not necessarily. you can live without your foot. a lack of other body parts is enough for me to say they may not be dead, and the person could just be showing off, content that they won't be caught.

They should be able to tell if the people are dead or not by the foot itself.
Depending on the blood, they can see if it was cut off pre or post mortum.

But then again, the guy might enjoy torturing the people by cutting off their feet, so he could have done it while they were alive, and then it's just guesswork whether he killed them after or still has them alive somewhere.
But cutting off a foot would make the person lose a lot of blood, I'd guess they're dead.

thats true sparx but the last time i wastched the news they were guessing that the feet were from a boating accident, because that was the only incident they can think off that has that many missing bodies.
