Got my upper right wisdom tooth pulled and its still sore. It was so jam-packed in the back of my mouth it took him over an hour to get it out. That along with the fact that the root was in my sinus cavity...he was afraid it was going to break off but thankfully it didn't...so OUCH!!! I have Tylenol handy if I need it. Decided not to get the painkillers and just take Tylenol and it hasn't been that bad, just sore.

I also got my shoes for Disney...I ended up with Nike Air's that were on sale! I just couldn't pass them up with that price.

{{{hugs}} for your tooth. Getting them pulled is nasty!

The Air sneakers sound great, too.

Do yourself a favor and start wearing them now to break them in. I can understand why you'd want them to be all brand-ie new for your trip, but trust me, you need broken-in shoes for WDW.

Janice I'm definatly going to get them broken in. I have one really good broken in pair but figured I might need at least 2 pair of tennis shoes for WDW!

Oh and the dentist told me he wants to get the lower one out just as soon as the upper one heels...but thank goodness he thinks it will be much easier.

I am sorry you had to have your tooth pulled. I had all four of mine pulled about 10 years ago, and I was miserable for a week. I could have never lived on Tylenol. You must have a very high pain tolerance.

I agree with jj, you should wear your shoes before going. I bought Teva sandals last year, and took a walk every day for weeks before I went. My feet felt the best they have ever felt at WDW.

Glad to hear you survived the ordeal!:D I was thinking about you and your tooth today!

I can sympathize with you, Beth. My DD had 4 wisdom teeth pulled 2 days ago, and is upset that her face is more swollen today than the previous 2 days.

Ouch, I would have been a wuss and taken the stronger pain meds. I'm glad the tylenol is working for you. {{{HUGS}}}

I'm glad you're feeling OK after getting your wisdom tooth pulled. That's never fun

They always pull the opposite wisdom tooth. I had one of my bottom wisdom tooth crack about a year and a half ago and he took out the top one as well, at the same time. There was nothing wrong with the top tooth but apparently if it doesn't have a tooth to strike against while you chew, it will weaken and fall out anyway. Believe me, before I let him just pull a healthy tooth, I made sure that was correct!

Hope you continue to feel good :)

Ouch, I am sorry to hear about your tooth. I hope it heals quickly and everything goes well. Great on the Nike Airs...hope they do the trick!

Yep SS thats what he said...he didn't want to pull the other one yesterday because it was such an ordeal to get that top one...but as soon as its well he wants to go ahead and get the bottom one. I feel better now, I've got a really sore place I guess where he gave me the numming shot but its not sore anywhere else. I'm still babying it though...chewing and drinking on the other side!

Yikes!! PASS THE HEAVY DUTY PAIN KILLERS!!!!!

The sneakers sound cool though.. :)

HUGS Beauty! At least you are now rid of the tooth. Hope it doesn't bother you too much.

Well hope you feel better today!!! :(
