I went online and bought my 6 tickets from United. I leave at 8am and suppose to arive at 11:30am.:cool1:

going back I leave at noon and arrive at Ohare at 2pm.

I hope I don't regret buying them now:surfweb: , the price looks to keep rising little by little. I got mine for 204.00 each round trip( total 1228.00 for 6 tickets), I saw alot of other airlines were close to 300 if not more then 300 each.

I had alot of friends who have flown then and they told me take it while its 200.00 so I did. I guess atleast I have my tickets :cloud9: :woohoo: :dance3: and they are non stop :cheer2: so I won't get stuck mid way there.

hope you all get great deals on your airfare:thumbsup2 , I will consider my self having a good deal by just having my tickets. I usually have bad luck with finding a deal:upsidedow . they typically show up AFTER the fact.:sad2:

Good for you, I am hoping to book for about the same $ tonight only outa Midway as it is easier for us to get in and out of.

if you can get a good deal now good for you! If you buy tonight budbeerlady let us know what price you got:thumbsup2 .

I don't know how many tickets you need but I found out when you need 6 tickets its considered alot of tickets. I never thought of it that way when you have a couple hundered seats on a plane.

My dh wanted them to be closer to 150.00 but everyone said not at the time of year we are going.

I figure now I just have to come up with the money for the rest of the trip:lmao: :rotfl2: .

I do have one other question if you are a person who has traveled on United airlines? it says we don't get a movie but we get some sort of shorter show:confused3 what does that mean????? I would think you can watch a movie of some kind in a 2 hour flight.popcorn:: Should I plan onmy kids being bored out of there minds for 2 hours on the plane?

That is a good price for the time of year that you are flying. The price will go up as your departure date gets closer. We booked TED flying out of O'hare for our upcoming trip in Aug in Feb and at the time the seats were $203.30 round trip. I just looked at the price today and the cost rose to $470.80 round trip. There are 3 of us, so we saved $802.50 by booking back in Feb. Our flight leaves ORD at 8AM and our return flight from MCO leaves at 6:10PM.

WOW you did save alot booking early!:thumbsup2

I am going to watch the fare still just to see if goes up or down for future references.

I wanted to take a late flight back like you are but, dh said we will still have a 3 hour drive home providing we get back on time that would take us to
9pmish. i thuoght gosh thats true so we opted for a earlier flight then we can hopefully get back for dinner hour

Don't feel bad about pushing the button I was there as well. I could not find myself to do it. Then I finally went ahead and bought them and felt much better after I did. the original price before tax was 171.00 then 33$ for tax.

Like a few other posted on other threads if its the right price for you do it. We did not budget to go anymore then 1200.00 so if it went up more there would be a problem going. Now I know I am getting there with out paying what a friend of mine paid last year. She bought her tickets in Oct. and they paid 500$ each and there were 5 tickets bought. they went to Orlando at christmas like I am . she said the airfare cost more then our resort did!:scared1:

I just figured one day I might wake up to 300$+ air fare and I can not stomache that. We also have to drive 3 hours to get to the airport and stay over night to catch our flight in the morning. So I need to budget that in as well.
