Well here's a new one! Help appreciated

So I just logged into my Disney account to play with reservations. We've decided to upgrade to the Deluxe DDP so I need to play around and get some more reservations.

I have a reservation in my account for the "Chef's Menu at the Coronation Room".

One small problem. Neither I or my husband ever booked that! In fact it's for guests 10 and older .. our son is 7! How in the world did something get on my account that I didn't ever book!

It also says if we don't give enough cancellation notice we'll be charged. Good thing I looked!

Do you think it's enough for me to cancel it online? Or should I call in and see what's going on?

I bet you made an ADR for Kouzzina, and I bet that it's not showing up . Don't cancel it. Click on the "View Details" and see what it says and it should say Kouzzina there.

Both Flying Fish and Kouzzina have this same issue where the list on the summary screen is reporting a different offering than the view details. It's a website bug. If you need further confirmation, call the Disney Dining line. You can also make another reservation (for anytime outside of your trip) for Kouzzina and watch it magically change into the CoraNation room reservation .

I was worried. Unfortunately I cancelled it. But I see some other available times so I can go back in and snag another FF or Kouzinna. Thanks again!
