Well, after 114 days, 4 calls, 3 emails, 5 DMs, & 2 FB posts...I finally have a refund from Cunard

I called the credit card company and they are not taking any calls except fraud at this time, due to Covid.
So frustrating.
It's the Chase Sapphire card.
That stinks! What awful customer service. I definitely won't get that card, & in general I'm getting fed up with companies providing crappy customer service with Covid as an excuse. I use Capital One & just initiated a dispute through them yesterday, so your card company's behavior certainly isn't universal.
 
Oh my gosh, I have the same card and I'd go crazy if they told me that. I filed a dispute with them about two months ago and it went through seamlessly. They might be getting swarmed with those calls now, but their annual fee is so high that they have no excuse for poor customer service. They might be more responsive if you send them a secure message on their website. Good luck :)

I was able to get through this afternoon to Chase and they were very helpful and put a dispute through for us.
I tried to do it online with no luck first.
Anyway, thank you all for the suggestions!
