Well - as I suspected my eyeglass perscription changed dramatically - I was a bit concerned then remembered that when I went for my exam last year we were having a bad wind storm and just as I sat in the chair the offfice lost power - so my eye doctor assured me that the change probably would have started last year and jsut seems worse now. So $400 later I did get new glasses and new frames....

After that I met with Chris' counselor then went to the mall - bought 5 shirts for Jeffrey on sale - thankfully JC Pennney has a Big/Talll dept. Looked at boots but didn't buy - looked at AE for Chris but didn't buy. Went to BJ's and picked up a case of juice boxes and a mega tub of animal crackers to bring to my friend/co-worker tomorrow. Our small staff is really rallying to help her out for Christmas - makes me feel so good to help.

Elaine...you are too good - I hve not even thought about Christmas cards..
Liz....Jeffrey still calls Harley "Cat"....
Rosemary - I perscribe to your "audio" car problem solving as well...
Alan - did pilot get poked - prodded and prettied???
Lily - glad to hear that Missy's problems are minor...somehow I don't thin kI could get either Casey or Harley to sit on a compress.

Big Hi to Sherry and Suzanne - and I hope our travelers are enjoying themselves and making lots of memories to share with us!!

Elaine, and anyone else who's got their cards well in hand. Sheesh! I'm not even ready for that one. I don't think I have time to do holidays this season. I was talking with my Mom yesterday and she seems to notice a difference in my readiness. I guess I've got to go find me.

Liz, hope puppy was a good guy for you yesterday. I was thinking of you and "puppy patrol." Good luck showing him all the things a big boy needs to learn. Didja get that camera located yet? didja huh! huh!

Our car sales rep called yesterday evening to check up on Sweet Potato. I laughed and said that we haven't had much time with her yet and need to give her a more thorough inspection before we can say for sure if she is clear of any imperfections. We did give her a quick once over before we pulled away with her and found a tiny possible spot that might need attention. Not bad if that's all there is. I haven't had time for the pics yet. I'll get something going soon.

I've got tons to do here today as usual. I hope everyone has a great day.

Awww Lily, I do hope you find time for yourself soon. It sounds like you have been really busy this year!

I'm off to the post office today and then church later on. I need to mail out a few international cards and a package. Then church for the usual book stuff. I imagine with Christmas coming up, I'll be spending more time there!

We actually ordered Christmas cards for the first time (using a pic) and although I have had them for weeks, I have not even begun to start a list

Good morning, all! I'm feeling a bit like Lily--too many things going on and not enough time to get everything done! Heading out for bookkeeping this morning, Famous Dave's BBQ for dinner and then choir practice tonight. I"m off again tomorrow, but I have a project to print and assemble at the store, a couple of Christmas gifts to get made, laundry and a stop at Wally World or Target for lightbulbs, batteries and conditioner. Planning to finish decorating the house tomorrow night, too. I still haven't come up with a design I'm happy with for my Christmas cards, but I'm off again on Sunday and am planning to concentrate on the cards then.

No time for a proper ketchup, so I'll leave lots of prayers and PD for all who need them. The puppy is absolutely adorable and it looks like Amanda and her crew are having a wonderful time. I'm "off to the races"!! mad love all around and

Nasty weather here. WInd is blowing over forty mph and it is very chilly for us. Only in the fifties today. Decided to use the nasty day to put the christmas tree up. Forgot what a pain it is. Will wait to decorate it until Jessica gets home.

Hi everyone - I'm a bit down....jsut came home from visiting with my friend/co-worker....sadly her situation worsens....if you can believe this - her ex-inlaws are evicting her from the house - she has to be out in 2 weeks with no prospects of a place to live...I'm going to start looking for her in my area tomorrow.

Liz....Chip is too cute!!
