Good morning, everyone! Finally got some time to myself so I can post whilst the laundry is going.
Boo-hiss on all the germies floating 'round your house, Sherry! Hope everyone is feeling much better now. Bet the Cav's victory last night helped to put things right in your world, too!! Meant to say, congrats on Junior getting a work car--that must ease your day tremendously!
A belated Happy Anniversary to Lily and Ted!! Way to go, guys!! And you'll be visiting WDW in October, too, huh? We arrive the 29th, so we probably won't get a chance to "play" together, since that's the day you leave
Glad you didn't have to work last night, Lily, and got to watch your show.
on the work situation--I can soooo relate.
Suzanne, I am soooo glad you finally got some glue that worked on Ed's eyeballs! He definitely looks MUCH better with them IN his head
So relieved to hear the crisis was averted with Neil's spider bite! I've heard and seen too many horror stories on the news to even think about a kid with a spider bite--and to be prone to cellulitis makes it even scarier. Sounds like the new job is agreeing with you, too. Love the concept and found out there is a similar place nearby. Am thinking about trying it out right before my surgery so neither of us has to worry about cooking while I recouperate.
Nancy, it sounds like the timing on the carpet and windows was just a little off, eh? Enjoy your trip and visit with the kids and try not to think about what you'll be coming home to. Sorry the kitties left you some of their "buried treasure" under the stereo, though. At least it didn't end up someplace where you couldn't get at it and get rid of it.
Kimmar, that was SUCH a lovely pic you posted yesterday!! I truly appreciate all you do to increase our viewing pleasure here
Well, Pam, ya managed to get them both to adulthood safely! Kudos to ya on the great job you did, too! The survival kit was a stroke of genius--I LOVE it!! Hope you have some time to relax before that darn deadline hits again.
Whoo-hoo, Tara, on getting the job for next school year!! So much more rewarding when you can actually SEE that you are making a difference in a child's life. Good luck getting all the stuff done for your certification. Does this mean you and Astrid won't be able to do the scrapping weekend up here as planned? Oh, and I just LOVE Ethan's first sentence!!! If that ain't something to journal in the ole scrapbook, I don't know what is!!!
Laine, you are thinking about changing your WDW trip from Dec. to Oct., now?! Definitely a better time for showing off the swimsuit, that's for sure!
Dave is thinking he may still go down in Dec. for a long weekend, even though I can't. It just won't be right for me, though, to go into the Christmas season without kicking it off with WDW.
Sigh....time to fold clothes. Then I need to cook some dinner, so Dave has something to eat while I'm at work tonight. Hope everyone has a wonderful day!!
