Morning!

Good to see you Karen. Hope things calm down for you soon. And good luck finding a new place. :)

Kimmar, you crack me up! :lmao:

Tara, believe me, 2 more kids is nothing to me anymore. :rotfl: Hope you get that paint off.

Elaine, sounds like you had a nice day yesterday. :)

Going to see Superman Returns this morning. Then might stop at a new restaurant for lunch afterwards. And we are thinking of heading to the fireworks store in Sandusky to pick up a few fireworks for tomorrow. Still debating that one.

Good morning all! About to start my :laundry: for the day. We have a lot of really cruddy weather blowing through, so it looks like most of the fireworks for the week will be canceled. We'll still cookout and hang out with my family though :)

Well Kimmar, you do it well ;)

Tara, sorry the stuff didn't work for you. I hope you can get it totally cleaned off sometime soon! You have far more patience than I do I think!

Karen, good to see you! I do hope that life slows down for you sometime soon. Sorry we'll miss you at WDW, but things happen. I hope you won't have to cancel this trip either.

Sherry, enjoy Superman! I'm not sure I can bring myself to watch that one in a theater.

Oh that reminds me, I need to go look up to see if our theater is pre-selling PotC tickets yet. We decided to go at the midnight showing :teeth:

I wanted to get a sitter to stay with them so mom and I could go to walmart without having to drag them but she's not home so I guess that ain't happening !!

The pathetic thing here is that we have done the same thing. How sad is it to use a sitter so you can shop in peace? Particularly when you are just going to Wal Mart? But, sure enough, we've done it more than once ;)

its 95 degrees outside and i spent over an hour pulling more weeds while the boys fought...uh...er I mean played in the pool :teeth:

Tara: Okay boys, that's enough. You just need to divide the area in half and stay on your sides.

Jarrod: I get the top half of the water!

Back at home. Mostly just hung out for a while and watched a neat show about the Ford GT40 and the Dodge Viper.

Good morning everyone! Remember me?
::yes:: and feel free to drop in again :)

Lainey, I'm sorry to hear about the fireworks.

As for our weekend:

I had to sell off my tickets to a Friday night concert because Rebecca was out of town at the birth of her neice. Her little brother and his wife are the proud parents of Anastasia Clarice Thomas ("Anna") who is healthy and doing fine.

We did go to another local concert on Saturday evening and the girls did very well during it. Besides, there was free BBQ involved :)

Mrs. AA had to cancel singing in church on Sunday because her voice went out Saturday. It is probably because she traveled to North Alabama. Any slight climate change affects her sinus/allergies.

We had a group function at the Montgomery Biscuits ballgame with the church last night and had a great time.

I'm one of the few and proud at work today :)

well the paint stripper is not strong enough. It only takes it one layer off at a time and there are about 6 layers.

Poor little paint stripper. :guilty: Maybe he shouldn't dress in so many layers..... then he could strip for ya faster! :teeth:

And maybe you could feed him so protein shakes and bulk the little dude up, Tiara! :lmao:

Hi, all!

We have company-and we took her out to buy her computer. Donna was too intimidated to buy it by herself, so we went to CompUsa, Costco and Best Buy. We spent the evening getting her set up.

Howdy, Karen. Good luck with the moving stuff. I don't envy you there. LMK when you're down here-we can try to meet up.

Paula, you're having stuffies? I'm so jealous. I miss those Quahogs, we get tiny clams here. Enjoy some for me!

Alan, yay for free bbq!

Lainey, bummer that the weather may ruin the fireworks.

Tara, I kinda feel your pain on kids arguing. Hang in there!

We had a script for a new med for Neil. We agreed with the doctor to start it when his current meds had run out. Weeeelll, someone didn't tell me that we were running low on the meds, he waited to tell me when we ran out. The new med is one that our usual pharmacy (and Costco) don't keep in stock. It has been a rough weekend, and if ever we needed proof that this med worked, this was it!

Pam sneated!

Hey girl, how's the hubby doing? On the mend?

...and you are....:scratchin...

..........NOPE, can't say as I do..... :rolleyes1

Yikes, sorry Suzanne.

I know what it gets like if we run out of Rebecca's hormone replacement patch or other meds. :rolleyes1

:sad1: Why in the world did I pick this day to try to ketch-up
And I'm only on pg 280 :scared: It's like a suspense novel or no make that one of those sappy romance things or wait no better yet how bout..........
Can someone just please let me know how it ends or not
I don't know if I can take anymore drama in my life right now
I just wanna be :hippie: once again..............................
:grouphug: puckerup: :rose:

Rosemary, we're still here, so that should tell you something!

Comparing health insurance plans-what fun! I just have to see which has the best prescription plan. Far better to pay an extra 100 bucks a month than to pay the 900 bucks for Neil's scripts. (and it's worth every penny, but I'd rather get more than the drugs for the money!)

Alan, there with you on that HRT thing. That's why I had the ablation, I didn't have the option of HRT like your Rebecca does.

Okay, pages are printed, rather than flipping back and forth between screens, woohoo!

E! likes to be in bed with her 'puter
Karen just sneated
Paula is gonna eat clams
Tara's kids were FIGHTING (Ummm, I mean, 'playing' - yeah, ri-i-i-ight!) in the pool (and she's into 'stripping'.....)
I have been posting some really, uhhhh, INTERESTING pix
Aww, HECK, you're on your OWN on this one, kiddo..... :confused3

I don't know if I can take anymore drama in my life right now

Everyone that you know got mad and left and left these cool user names for us new people to use.

I myself am a 70 year old Chinese grandmother in Massachusettes ::yes::

But it's nice to meet you

wow waht a day you all are having!!!

hello to JRKaren and RM!!!

Karen....hope things settle down for you soon and that you can play more!!

RM...yep we had a little bump in the road but we managed to get over it and it seems like the road is in good repair for the time being. I've heard that it will stay like this for a while!! Wish things were better in your drama filled life! I have no drama unless you count the screaming children, the oft times obnoxious brother, the fridge on blocks, or the random plumbing repairs that are needed around my house!! Other than that I think that is everything!!!

Alan....I can see jarrod telling his brother that the top half is his!! :rotfl: and I'm sorry for you that you have 3 woman in your house!! may the force be with you!!

Kimmar...your pics are hilarious!! and I think you summed up our last few pages!!

Suzanne...I feel for you on the being without pills...I cant imagine life without them around here!! good luck on insurance plans!

Elaine....sorry your fireworks are being cancelled. I think ours are still on...speaking of bbq...I went to lowes to get sand paper and there were more people buying bbq's than I've ever seen. apparently everyone and their brother are bbqing tomorrow and lowe's must have a good deal on them!

sherry...I guess with 4 kids a couple more will just blend in!! glad you enjoyed superman! I think the new guy is really cute!! yummy

Pam...I tried feeding my stripper more but it didn't seem to help. I guess that's what I get for getting the cheap stripper!! next time I'm going to pay for the more expensive stripper!! :teeth:

Okay, back to my metal sanding. I'm getting rid of my large child tonight and for the rest of the week so that will make things around here a whole lot easier. I'm hoping to do most of the rest of the kitchen demo tomorrow and then be putting the floor down by wednesday afternoon!! woohoo!!!!

okay, i'm off!!!
